How does the pricing work?

As an SMS & MMS wholesaler we offer pre-paid credit bundles to get you the best unit price in the market, this means the more credit you purchase the cheaper per unit.

You can mix and match multiple bundles to achieve the total quantity required.

Your credits do not expire so you can use them at your leisure, as and when required.

How many credits do I need to send a message?

One credit equates to one message, so a bundle of 10 credits will allow you to send 10 messages. A single SMS message is limited to 160 characters per message and a single MMS message is 1000 characters + 30 characters for the subject line.

Will my credits expire?

Prepaid credits do not expire, credits can be used as often or as little as required, with no limit on time.

Is my data safe, will it be used for any other purpose?

Your data remains secure on our AWS platform located in Sydney, it can be used by you and only you. Cellcast services are enjoyed by government departments and secured to a gold standard, being the benchmark for all of our happy customers. See our privacy policy to learn more.

Are there any membership fees?

Zero Zilch Nada! There are no upfront or on-going fees to use Cellcast platform for either SMS or MMS messaging.

Can I send messages that display a business name or numbers?

Sure you can, using your ‘business name’ or your own ‘mobile number’ is a great way to drive brand identity. Cellcast charges 1.3 credits per message when using this option.
